I. Product Introduction：

This equipment is an integrated aerobic fermentation machine for kitchen waste. This integrated kitchen waste treatment equipment features rapid aerobic fermentation, harmless fermentation, and drying of kitchen waste.

It is mainly used for the rapid and harmless biological fermentation and drying of kitchen waste, food scraps, vegetable and fruit waste, agricultural waste, farmers' market waste, sanitation waste, garden waste, and other biodegradable waste (such as shells, bones, bamboo shoot shells, fibrous waste, etc.) to produce high-quality bio-fertilizer. This equipment effectively improves processing efficiency, improves the surrounding environment, and effectively discharges treated waste gas and wastewater. It is mainly suitable for medium to large-scale centralized kitchen waste treatment plants.

II. Product Features：

1. Simple operation and convenient maintenance: During operation, pre-treated (screening/crushing/dehydration) kitchen waste is automatically fed through the top inlet. It undergoes aerobic fermentation in the internal biological fermentation chamber with automatic temperature control. After fermentation, the material is automatically dried at high temperature and discharged. Odors are collected and treated by an exhaust fan.

2. Short processing time, good fermentation effect, and energy saving: The fermentation chamber uses a jacketed heat transfer oil heating method, resulting in rapid temperature rise and minimal heat loss. The exterior of the chamber is insulated with 50mm thick aluminum silicate rock wool, providing excellent insulation. Fermentation adopts a microbial aerobic fermentation process, with the fermentation temperature controlled at 75℃. Fermentation is generally completed in 3-4 hours.

3. Simplified operating system: The equipment uses a PLC control system to set operating parameters. Following the preset workflow, no manual intervention is required, achieving automated operation. The operating system includes an easy-to-use display module that can display the device's operating status and parameters in real time. It also features one-click fertilizer production and one-click fertilizer dispensing. Once the device is in operation, the one-click start function is activated to enter automatic operation mode, enabling fertilizer production without manual intervention. After fermentation is complete, the device automatically enters power-saving mode or a complete shutdown state.
