1.1Model and function

The dredger is a non-self-propelled, steel, integral box assembled cutter suction dredger, equipped with bridge opening at the bow and dual positioning piles at the stern for positioning.

The cutter is driven two low-speed hydraulic motors with high torque through the gearbox, and the cutter shaft is supported by double row self-aligning roller bearing produced by the bearing shaft.

The dredger is equipped with one slurry pump (the impeller, casing and lining plate of slurry pump are made of Cr26 material), which is driven by the diesel engine through the high elastic coupling and gearbox (with electric clutch).

The traverse winch and bridge winch of the dredger are driven by the hydraulic motor.

The dredger moves forward and is positioned by the combination of the positioning pile and the traverse winch or the spud carrier .

The anchor rod of the dredger is installed on both sides of the bow, and the hydraulic motor drives the anchor winch.

The dredger is equipped with a hydraulic pump station driven by the diesel engine to provide the power for all the hydraulic equipment on the dredger.

A shaft alternator provides the power for the dredger when working, and the power supply scope includes: hydraulic emergency pump, reversing pile auxiliary pump, blower and lighting, etc.

1 set of generator sets provides the power for the dredger when berthing.
